No housekeeping due to Covid, but we put our trash out and it was emptied. I don’t care to hear barking dogs anytime, and especially not while on vacation. When we called to complain we felt like guest services didn’t consider this a problem. Another room had a barking dog for over an hour on a different day. One room had multiple whining and whimpering dogs for over an hour one day. Our biggest complaint were the barking and whining dogs that were left in rooms while guests were gone. No coffee in room but they have daily coffee & tea service in lobby from 7-9. Restaurant food was delicious but the service was slow and inattentive. Bathrooms were awkwardly shaped (a tight squeeze to get in shower) and didn’t have exhaust fans. We had a spectacular view of Liberty Bell plaza & Indep Hall.
